Groundwork Techniques

Demonstrate the following groundwork techniques:

  • Three roll over techniques resulting in any arm lock, strangle or hold.
  • Two techniques while Uke is in crouching position
  • One technique while Uke is flat on his/her stomach
  • Show one escape while being trapped between Uke’s legs resulting in any arm lock or strangle.

Combination techniques

Demonstrate the following combination techniques:

Counter Techniques

Demonstrate any throw from the following attacking techniques:

The above are demonstrated effectively to a good realistic standard. The techniques have been carefully selected to encourage and stimulate an awareness of how movements in Judo can begin to interlink.
